Edit; and they've announced they're taking a break after tour. But interestingly said they have plans for future music and tours, i'm not sure if they just mean they have the intention to make more music or literally have plans

There’s no girl bands now. I’m so sad

At least they’ve finally announced it. Sadly I think the last decent girl group is over. I can see this going down the 1D route.

This is the worst part for me. They're (Little Mix) very obviously going to come back in a few years but this is the first time since 1996 where there hasn't been an active girl group in the UK.

Why are we so sure they’re going to come back?!

Can you really? I think they're smart business women who know which side their bread's buttered. There'll be the odd dance collab here and there around their solo stuff and in a couple of years they'll do another tour and hopefully go down the kylie route

We knew it was coming, but it is SO SO sad :(

It’s nice to finally have some sort of announcement, even though it’s still sad. However nice to know that they still have plans for a future of Little Mix. I reckon we might hear them talk about this on Graham Norton tomorrow.
