It had been escaping re-current for 14 weeks (never charted higher than 52) Feels like more of a product of country radio*'s system of glacially increasing spins for 6-12 months which allows it to exploit Billboard's tenuous rules to keep it on the chart since it's 'still growing on radio' *most formats seem to be skirting this way lately but country is the most egregious.
