Shivers up tp #2 with 449K, Industry Baby up to #3

Thats' What I Want debuts at #8 yay, and he has a bunch of tracks top 50, so much better performance than on Apple

Taylor - Wildest Dreams is also pretty high at #35, and BMTH is also new at #42

All Lil Nas songs made the top 100. I think that's a pretty good showing for him I wasn't expecting him to have a massive take over. Hopefully That's What I Want has a strong hold throughout the week

Shivers won't peak for another couple of weeks until bed habits has tailed off more but it's building nicely. If Adele doesn't drop a song it could be number 1 for a good while.
not sure how it can grow more as it has already all the playlist support it can get, it's track #1 on every playlist in the universe now :D
Lil Nas did about as well as I expected on Spotify, pleased for him. Hopefully That's What I Want continues to grow as his last singles did.

Organically, as it increases awareness to people by radio and exposure. Not all songs are dependent on play listing as was seen yesterday when it did great numbers whilst not being able to be played via play lists.

Radio will slowly switch from Bad Habits to Shivers as will his audience.

He isn’t number one on every playlist on Apple!

This weeks Radio Playlist thread shows ‘Shivers’ is a new entry at 2 as ‘Bad Habits’ falls from 2-5!

Looks like another potential Nigerian hit incoming with that CKay song (which is also top 100 on Apple), apparently the current #1 on the global Shazam chart. How long before we get a remix with a more recognisable artist attached :P

(and yes, it is a TikTok hit before anyone asks x)

A remix has indeed now entered the Spotify top 200 - combined it would be #19 today, which possibly goes some way towards explaining its high official position yesterday.

(I've never heard of either of the featured artists though).

think Heat Waves is at a new peak at #7, #5 if you take out the ACR songs, would be amazing if they managed top 5 come Friday
Conspiracy theory time: what if Shivers being unplayable from playlists on Thursday was intentional to get people talking about the track and getting more people to check for themselves if they could play it or not, resulting in lower streams for the Thursday (which doesn't actually affect the chart anyway) but higher streams on Friday?

I mean once you invent a game theory expert chart manipulator Ed Sheeran in your head, literally everything he does or has happen to him will find a way to reinforce this fact

I'm not that pleased about it, because their brilliant new one is being overshadowed by this old one Heat Waves. :(

Yes it's started but Bad Habits is still getting big airplay that will naturally be taken over by his newer single. If a radio station plays Ed say 7 times a day this week it was probably 4 Shivers to 3 Bad Habits, in a couple of weeks that will be 6 to 1 I'm sure.
