I haven't heard it yet in full but yes it sounds very nice from the part in that video you posted. Although to my ears it is more chillout than dancing sort of music.

yes she's been on HH for a while, since week 1 I think, but pretty low... that's the problem most of the best songs on HH are low and the top is full of the same songs no one cares about anymore like Fly Away or Anne Marie... Shivers track #1 on HH by the way

Bad Habits was at 591,268 on its fourth day (even though it peaked later) so Shivers is quite a lot behind.

If PinkPanthreess was actually credited on this Central Cee thing it might soften the blow slightly of it turning into a bigger hit.

Looking back at the Spotify streaming figures for Bad Habits, it was the Wednesday (30th June) where it really started to take off. I can't remember if some specific promotion for it happened then, but whether or not we see a similar climb for Shivers in tomorrow's figures will be very telling I think.

I think it got moved up to #1 on HHUK on Tuesday (and similar on TTH), it was 6th before then.
