I don't think I'd ever could've dreamed of One Touch returning to the top 40, much less getting a new peak, so it's all good.

This! :cheer:

But I really wish they'd chuck out some extra signed goodies. They actually had a chance at cracking the Top 10.

From Vasilios on PJ:

I asked my London friend (to add signed vinyl or whatever to secure Top 10) and he said they're all super happy with the release and how it's done so far.

That's all I need to hear! Top 10 would've been amazing - purely because it deserves it and more - but it being seen as a success from an industry perspective is ultimately what matters most. This also gives me a good feeling about worldwide sales.

I’m really glad that actually the record label is happy. The impression the girls have been giving is that this has done better than they’d expected and hoped for.

Especially as a lot of this is basically fan service

If the industry is happy then I think this is mission success and we are on for Sacred Three, at long last

That last part! Goosebumps. :w00t:

To be fair I bet they were just an concerned as us that it might miss top 100, so the fact that it's spent the majority of release week in the top 10 is amazing.

Midweek #15 on Thursday, with 3,419 sales (44 sales since the previous day).

I'm pretty sure they've done enough to hold onto the Top 20  fingers crossed!

That's a bit of a drop after the first few updates, but still good. Just hope they can hold onto the top 20 as they are barely selling anything now.

Feeling rather nervous. Takes me back to the old days and waiting on their chart positions being announced - don't know if anyone remembers, but Easy and Get Sexy were particularly painful!

Top 20 would be amazing, but achieving a new peak is the main goal. :cheer:

Nice rise on iTunes - but we could've been doing with this yesterday...

#59 United Kingdom (+51)

Yeah feeling a little nervous for how it will do. As long as we repack thats what matters.

Though tbh we have already won with how well this has done

Absolutely incredible!!!! Turns out I was spot on with hoping for the lower end of the top 20!

So close to being able to beat S7, but they did so well. (Would have been nice for them to stay in the top 10 but that would have needed actual promo and this was basically fan service)

Amazing!!! One Touch has a new peak and all their studio albums have now gone top 20!

Flop no more for One Touch!!! :cheer:

Outpeaking the original position was good enough as this was pretty much purely fan purchases and I imagine it went unknown outside of sites like this that people were aware of the reissue.

But I’m happy that all their albums now have a top 20 placing. It would’ve been amazing for it to go top ten but there’s not many albums what can peak 20 years later or even still chart 20 weeks later so this is a definite success.

This is a bloody fantastic result! :cheer: There was half a second where I felt like 'such a shame', just because they started the week at #7 but we all knew they would fall down a bit and I would have been absolutely over the moon if I had known last week they would enter the charts at #18 so I'm just going to go back to that feeling. Beating their original back and seeing them back in the top 20 is fan-tas-tic.
