October 24, 20213 yr Author I’m going to go first with a few controversial ones: - Claire is my least favourite member. - I Know Him So Well is probably in the Top 5 steps songs ever for me - Claire, for me, often over sings some ad-libs to the detriment of some of the songs - Kiss of Life is a recent obvious one. - To The One isn’t THAT good.
October 24, 20213 yr This would be controversial on Popjustice, more so than here - I much prefer WTFH Pt. 2 to Pt. 1! Steptacular is my favourite album from their 1997-2000 run of studio albums.

October 24, 20213 yr Sooo many on there were saying Pt. 2 was like a collection of B Sides in comparison to the superior Pt. 1! :o Another slightly controversial opinion: After the Love Has Gone is one of my favourite Steps singles. Doesn't seem to be the case for most Steps fans.
October 24, 20213 yr Nothing controversial but I do think it's the way you make me feel and one for sorrow are far from their best singles although many think they are.
October 24, 20213 yr I Know Him So Well is stunning simply for the Faye/Claire bit at the end of the second verse Words Are Not Enough deserves more recognition and praise! Electric should have made the top 10!
October 25, 20213 yr Almost all Steps songs after comeback are average and their sound moved in a wrong direction. "Another You, Another Me" is the best Steps related album.
October 25, 20213 yr I've got one: I love "Dancing With A Broken Heart"! It's one of my favorite Steps songs ever!
October 25, 20213 yr I don't know how controversial this one is, but I can't stomach 'Story of a Heart'. Also I think I prefer Steps now to the first time around, even though I love both.
October 25, 20213 yr Initially I didnt see the appeal of story of a heart but about a year after the album was released story of a heart really clicked with me.

October 25, 20213 yr Love’s Got a Hold on My Heart and After The Love Has Gone arent their best for sure and the singles could have been very different but to be fair to them they sold the album very well.

October 25, 20213 yr Lisa brings the least to Steps... yep I said it! I kinda agree with this and I always felt lisa was the most fame hungry especially first time round.
