I never normally dislike a Kylie record but I really feel this is going to be a terrible release - there is so much on it is with Gloria Gaynor and it just doesn't hit the mark at all - I love the other two collaborations 😊

No official release date so far.

Its just going to be used as an album extension maybe.

 

If the video has been made then stick it out there.

 

It could be used as the base for an EP with other tracks included to get a few more streams.

 

 

The song will have zero appeal as it's available a while now and never attracted any positivity.

Yes, disco has been a really good campaign from Kylie and it doesnt need to end on this downer.

The advantage of the duet is the name Gloria Gaynor. The other two duets were apparently destined for the UK market, but news of a Kylie and Gloria Gaynor duet could make entertainment news in Europe.

 

Next Thursday, Kylie will sit next to Heidi Klum as a guest judge in the season premiere of Germany's Next Top Model. Kylie is a guest judge on German TV for the first time, so it would be foolish not to use it as promo. Maybe CSWSAY will be a single in Germany only like YDNY many years ago.

I don't see why they shouldn't put it out - chart positions isn't a factor for her these days and it'll get B/A-listed on Radio 2 for a few weeks, keeping sales going for Disco.

 

It's not a make-or-break single lol. Radio 2 isn't going to blacklist Kylie if people have a bad reaction to it (plus it could always end up being one of those marmite singles that connect to an unexpected audience).

It’s actually my favourite song compared to ASTM and KOL.

 

As mentioned above at the very least it will give Kylie/Disco some exposure and radio play - even if it was Kylie’s finest work it wouldn’t trouble the charts regardless, if it pushes a few people to check out the album then it will have done it’s job.

If it helps get a couple of album sales it would be good but i just think its the type of song that would put people off buying the album rather than buying it, if people haven't bought the album by now this is not the type of song that i think would change that.

The actual song is not anything great but it is exposure for Kylie and could help extend the Disco era slightly.
