Back to 'Yours Truly' now as we continue to flip flop between eras. The distinctive crop this time was the fan she holds a lot in the video. As seen above it is actually featured in the thumbnail! Unfortunately Bré guessed 'Right There' for the previous one and not this, so close. I suppose the 'Focus' aesthetic is pastel purple so not completely far away from the fan colour.

Cannot wait to see #15 it really stumped me and I feel like it’s gonna be extremely obvious looking back!

Well I got off to a good start but flopping now :basil:

 

'the light is coming' was another one where I recognised the visuals but wasn't sure about the song - as it happens I don't think I'd have ever got that as I kind of forgot 'the light is coming' even had a video tbh :lol: (but I do recognise the visuals now I am reminded of them)

We're back to a full house now hooray :cheer: and this gorgeous video is certainly worthy of one!

 

The crop is of course the blue clouds that appear in the video while Ariana is on a swing amongst this heavenly backdrop.

 

(I have the entire This Is Ariana Grande playlist on shuffle while writing these and 'breathin' has just come on, that timing *.*)

Now it's the video that came out on top in the Ariana Grande Music Video Rate last year! The crop was the pretty intergalactic swirls from none other than 'God is a woman'. I can totally see why Julian would alternatively put 'Break Free' as thematically it also goes down a space route, in fact even more prominently, as this is just one facet to 'God is a woman'.

 

I’m surprised but happy that breathin’ is a full house. Despite being one of my favourite songs from her, it was the one that was the least obvious for me on first glance.

Yep random.org really did choose all three of the 'sweetener' singles in a row for me out of Ariana's entire videography! Not complaining about their presence of course. This crop of 'no tears left to cry' contains the dreamy background full of towering buildings plus one of the umbrellas used in the relevant choreography. 'Break Free' is wrongly guessed once again! Maybe more 'My Everything' representation was expected by this point with the double incorrect 'Love Me Harder' guesses too.

Yay for getting a couple more after a run of flopping x ('God is a woman' was one of the ones I was more confident in, very pretty visuals of course, same for 'breathin' as well).

Now we have the least viewed music video in the game! So it's no wonder that this one isn't a full house. I think the most iconic moment from this video is Ariana holding up her discography but that would've been a bit too obvious. So instead the crop is Ari holding up the cam-corder. The video is an insight into her friendship with Victoria and is created in a pretty DIY way, so I thought that was a good hint. Bré wrongly guesses 'Everyday' this time which may have more views than this but 'MONOPOLY' boasts the higher chart peak.

Okay it just had to be 'Side to Side' with the exercise bike and colourful pink and green outfit! So back to a full house :cheer:

'Side To Side' the most obvious one of course. x (I can't say I thought of 'MONOPOLY' at all for the one before that oops)

To finish this off we have a single that has not one but two videos! The 'positions' era ends up getting a look in thanks to the remix version of '34+35'. In this video Ariana is having a sleepover with collaborators Doja and Megan. In other scenes they are chilling by the pool which is where the crop was taken from, glass in hand. Unfortunately Random.org didn't pick any of the 'My Everything' videos to feature in my quiz despite a whopping 5 of them being available! So no 'Bang Bang'. On the other hand 'break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored' already featured.

Ahh!!

 

I knew that the last one was a collaboration I just opted for the wrong one!!

 

Pretty impressed I guessed right at MONOPOLY too as it’s a video/song I’m not overly familiar with I just went for that as no other video come to mind so I’m glad that guess paid off well!
