December 17, 20213 yr He even did the Noddy Holder scream at the end  literally every box ticked for pissing off the Buzzjack community.
December 17, 20213 yr good cause my a**. since when ed sheeran cares/needs to release a xmas single with ladbaby and elton john to help the poor? Another hilarious excuse to have another no.1 record, god he doesnt need to be so obsessed, he is one the biggest artists in the world.
December 17, 20213 yr I really do appreciate the cause and like the LadBaby duo as people but for me this didn’t even vaguely raise a smirk sadly. It just doesn’t really work with a song that’s not a pastiche of a classic, and the sausage rolls shoehorning thing doesn't really work with these lyrics about Christmas, as it’s not a food generally associated with this time of year. I kid you not, Mr D*'s family have a sausage roll every christmas morning! I'm disappointed that it wasn't the predicted cover of the Shakin' Stevens song, I think that could have worked better - I don't mind either way though as it's basically a song that we'll hear once or twice, just like the other ones, then it will disappear completely from our lives.
December 17, 20213 yr I mean this guy Ed Sheeran wrote the xmas song and pulled it out 2 weeks before xmas to get 2 no.1s with one song.... crazy
December 17, 20213 yr From 'Cold Heart' to 'Sausage Rolls For Everyone' polar opposites between the two for Elton.
December 17, 20213 yr Sadly nobody from my favourites didn't record a colloboration with LadBaby. It could be the easiest way to have a hit in UK.
December 17, 20213 yr I listened to this earlier today as I felt like I had to. But just like every other LadBaby song, it's the only time I will need to listen. You know when you're watching Britain's Got Talent and someone comes out and sits at a piano and sings a "comedy song" and the judges cackle like they've never heard a joke in their life before? That's what I get from this - except without the humour. On Radio 1 earlier they were saying they expected this one to be their last, as they didn't want people saying they were ruining Christmas and start boycotting it. So you know... fingers crossed and all that. Edited December 17, 20213 yr by CJK

December 17, 20213 yr I wonder if Sir Elton John had that moment of 'I've really made it now' when he sung about sausage rolls x I mean it's utterly terrible as usual and clearly was a struggle to write around, but it's hard to get angry at it. We'll never hear it again beyond this week and it'll raise a lot of money for the Trussell Trust which people would really need right now.
December 18, 20213 yr Apparently selling the No.2, Ed/Elton, by 8 to 1 now. Can people not just donate to the charity directly and skip the middle men?
December 18, 20213 yr This isn’t great, but then again I wasn’t expecting it to be. If it raises a lot of money for the charity then that’s a good thing.

It raises around 0.02% ( 2/10000) of what divide tour did so its a good amount. Well done and thank you Ed sheeran, you can have your 2 #1’s now with one song. God bless you and do it again! December 18, 20213 yr ^No need to insult, just cos we don't like something and we are critic about it doesn't mean we are small minded i'd say rather the opposite small minded might be liking this like sheep :) Take a look at your own posts over the week/months your pretty insulting to artists you don’t like!

God bless you and do it again! Most of the interviews he’s done about this collab he’s talked about how it’s only a bit of fun for a good cause, I think you and other posters really need to understand that and stop getting so wound up by Ed Sheeran, so he loves the charts so what!
