I’m guessing the earliest will be Poker Face on Jonathan Ross, then anything from Glastonbury 2009, Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2011, Venus on Graham Norton Show and Anything Goes on Strictly as mentioned. Not sure about anything more recent than that though?
