Interestingly, Lauren’s latest TikTok video is full of people complaining that it apparently sounds quite different to the original teaser that was posted on there a while ago.

She's also #8 on Amazon, which is usually the slowest chart

I can see the comparison with Mimi Webb, I tried listening to Lauren Spencer-Smith's cover of Sia's Elastic Heart

and lasted like 5 seconds til I had to turn it off, really can't at people having Mimi Webb's acrobatics with their voice instead of singing normal

I saw from the YT comments that the song only got added to Spotify around 12 hours ago meaning it probably won’t show up on today’s update, but interesting to see what sort of Spotify numbers she’ll do tomorrow to see if it really will be a #1 contender

 

It’s currently #1 on iTunes, #6 on Apple and #8 on Amazon
