I've just discovered 'Nature' THAT is the sort of song I wanted to hear from her, LOVE IT... can someone try to push that or something? Perfect for late Summer.

Seems to be about a tweet comparing all four’s debut singles on Spotify or something where Leigh did the ‘worst’.

Part of me understands this must be tough to hear for her... but more of me thinks get a grip you've literally had a career most people would give anything for, one you chose to give up in order to go on solo ventures, someone had to be the least successful debut and it was you. Going to the lengths of making a video to complain about it feels really self absorbed. :rolleyes:

Absolutely. She's over 30, seems to have a great family and support network (which quite frankly, are the things that really matter), but a random tweet stating FACTS has moved her to make a video.

All of them (including Jesy) need to realise that the comparisons will never end. As long as they remain in the public eye, whatever they do career-wise will always be juxtaposed with those of the rest of the band. That is the "price" you pay for coming from a successful band and deciding to go solo. Only thing thing that can change that is if one of them becomes bigger than Little Mix - which would be difficult.

Sometimes the things you chase the most are the same things that often elude you. Jade seemed the least bothered about chart positions and didn't release physical copies, yet she's the one smashing it - she focused on what truly matters - the art and the love of it.

Yeah, some of her comments are a bit tone deaf, especially about how they'll come back and 'make lots of money' and other things she has said about money that have been kinda icky to me. Plus the whole being proud of cheating and stuff with forbidden fruit was icky.

Leigh-Anne has been in Amsterdam the past few days on a writing trip. Guess the album wasn't nearly finished when she said last year.

Or it was but they took so long that they probably don't fit with where she/they want to go next, I assume. DSL & ML will not feature on her debut album as standard tracks I think. They'll either be added on streaming sites only and/or tacked on as deluxe tracks.

I don’t think that’s completely out of the question to be honest. Even if it doesn’t see chart success. Times are different now and she’s already been through a pushback. Label has probably leveled expectations now.

Leigh-Anne posted on Discord saying she wanted to be honest with her fans how she is feeling. She said new music is coming but there is stuff happening behind the scenes that needs to be right first and that the last thing she is going to do is rush things. She said she starts to freak out when every new comment is 'new music when?', as she is as desperate to put it out as much as the fans.

I'm guessing label drama as one moment she says she doesn't want to rush but then says she wants it out ASAP.
