I do understand that but I think she would understand people genuinely thought the show was done and no chance of a return.

A diplomatic response but she didn't seem negative about it! I think Kylie has a very "never say never" approach to things these days.
Yes I'm glad she was diplomatic, her agreeing to the return at the time was huge and i genuinely feel it was still the right decision from kylie.

Nice to see Kylie say never say never this time but i think its safe to say we will never see Charlene back on Ramsay Street again.

I think this is just a nice standard Kylie answer, but agree we’ll never see a return.

Always like how Kylie keeps her options open - she’s clever enough to know her career could falter (as unlikely as it seems after 40 years) and a return to Ramsey St might be an option if it did.

I think even if her career faltered she would enough money in the bank to put her feet up and relax.

I'd probably say so with about £100million in the bank

Well, the thing is Neighbours (or, for that matter, H&A) are no longer the powerhouses they used to be. If she ever ever needed a backup, she’s better off judging a reality show or from a soap op Angle - starring in Corrie (that, despite being drab has at least kept up the ratings).
True, I doubt neighbours or home and away cast are on big money as the budget wouldn't be there and reality tv pays better, it's like kylies return I'd say was more on goodwill rather than a good financial decision.

Happy 37th wedding anniversary to Scott and Charlene, the golden couple of soap world.

37 years :drama:

The TV moment of a generation!

It’s incredible the viewing figures it pulled in back then - 19.6 million in the UK and one of the highest rated shows/episodes ever in Australia.
