Tyrolean singer Pia Maria provides the vocals for the song. The 19-year-old DJ LUM!X (Luca Michlmayr) has gained success with hits such as “The Passenger (LaLaLa)” and “Thunder“. In 2019, he released the song “Monster” with Gabry Ponte, who is known from the group Eiffel 65. The song has reached over 210 million streams on Spotify and it has sold more than 400,000 copies in Germany, given the artists a platinum record. Overall, he has over one billion streams, over 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify and multiple platinum and gold certifications. It's been a little while since I've cared for an Austrian entry but this sounds like it could be an interesting one. No mention of when the song is out yet that I've seen.
February 8, 20223 yr Ooh this is an interesting move for Austria! Dance doesn't always do very well in Eurovision, but then I feel like the likes of Darude and Gromee sent watered down versions of dance to try and appeal to Eurovision. If Lumix can enter something that feels authentic to the likes of Thunder that have been smashing, I think it'd actually do decently.
February 8, 20223 yr They also need a good vocalist. Both times Gromee and Darude the vocalist is quite weak live which precipitated in their DNQs.
February 8, 20223 yr Excited for this! This isn't really a sound we've got in Eurovision yet but is very instant/catchy and popular in Europe so could be a clever move for Austria. Genuinely though it was Pia Mia of 'Do It Again' fame appearing on this at first :lol:

March 11, 20223 yr Author ynFiqynXQIM Thunder-tastic *.* Not quite as DANCE a moment as 'Thunder' itself but those who like a good dance-pop rave will have a good time here - probably for the best given pure dance's record in Eurovision. if they figure out to translate this live then this could go places

March 11, 20223 yr I hear this and I kind of just want to listen to Hero by Raylee instead, it's kind of that but not as good, very solid pop song though that I'm enjoying!
