I was a big Lisa fan back then and I considered this to be her ‘solo’ track back then. Can you imagine how happy I was this became a b-side on the HAN/YBS single! Played this song for hours! And I still love this track to date. Why? It’s a great song to sing-a-long to and it feels like LTOMM (but not in a bad way).

I loved Just Like The First Time from the first time I heard it on Steptacular.

 

I’m the same, loved that Lisa got the majority of vocals in this song.

I think the top ten will have ten songs.

"Neon Blue' - A firm standout on their comeback back 'Tears On The Dancefloor', a simple yet satisfying offering from said album & a great single choice (although I would have had it as single #2).

"Just Like The First Time" - I remember hearing for the first time on their 'Next Step tour'. Watched it on Sky One & just loved this & the concert. I was so happy when this finally got added as a b-side to 'HAN/YBS' single, so catchy and fun, Lisa sounded fantastic on the live version of this. Hell I even bought the 'Nest Step Tour' on video and kept rewinding this song over and over again.

Oh, glad you seem to like JLTFT! I thought I would be boo-ed for adding that one to this countdown ;)

This countdown really makes me think that I need to re-listen to the albums/B Sides again because there's a few I've forgotten. Jamesy will glare at me because I've missed most of the listening parties when I could have had these refresh moments!

 

Lovely to see Neon Blue as high as #12, it's such a feel good song. SO good during the 2017 tour too. Chain Reaction and The Slightest Touch are definitely two of their finest cover versions :wub:

Totally agree about chain reaction and the slightest touch, neon blue is totally feel good and will always be a huge fave of mine.

#10 Tragedy

 

We are going to start the top 10 with this classic! Wow..what an amazing success this was, even in some European countries. This really cemented them as one of the biggest pop bands. And what not to like? From the fun video to the iconic Tragedy move. I do have to admit I was tired of this one at one point (yes, I heard it way too much) but I’m back to love and appreciating it! So no tragedy here for this song!

 

Why?

-It was their first (massive) #1.

-The video.

-The iconic dance.

Their last top we in Australia. I went through a stage of being over it too, a while ago. Back to really enjoying it now.
