There’s also the non-yearbook project they started doing for the 2000’s which will likely gets its next installment too. Though I wish these had been done in Yearbook style too as it will seem like an abrupt end when 1999 is over.

The non-yearbooks are a continuation of the millennium series from 1999 so we could get 2000 onwards in yearbooks and I do hope we also get Now Millennium 2004-2005 sometime next year too

Wouldn't be surprised if Don't You Love Me gets on the extra edition.

I think Cherry Pie could be the 1991 yearbook when they do it, probably 1991 extra.

I reckon it will be on the extra edition and it’s already on Now 17 which will more likely be re-released along with Now 117. I just hope that Saviour’s Day gets included at the end of extra 1990 and that Iron Maiden get included too as they’re frequently appearing on compilations and BYDTTS has never been on any compilations

Seems weird to leave the Christmas No.1 off, especially when Mistletoe and Wine was on the 1988 Yearbook.

Makes sense to put the two re-released older songs right at the end though I guess.

Nice to see Tonight by New Kids On The Block on there, their best song for me. And Pet Shop Boys and The KLF appearing regularly is great! Despite its low peak Being Boring must be one of their most well-loved songs.

Out of the 3 Kylie songs released in 1990, I’m surprised her #1 was her only song that was missed off. The tracklist was leaked on the nowmusicwiki.com site and the cover has the 90s style logo with a red background. And with Pet Shop Boys and KLF frequently appearing, we could get West End Girls, Opportunities and Suburbia spread out between both 1985-1989 yearbooks and as for KLF, 3am Eternal could appear on Now Yearbook 1991 with Justified & Ancient appearing on Now Yearbook Extra 1991. I also hope that we get the original 1991 version of You Got The Love on either yearbook as we only seem to get either the 1997 version or the 2006 version

No Enjoy the Silence?

Odd sequencing as usual

They never seem to include Depeche Mode on compilations

According to Amazon, Now Yearbook Extra 1988 and Now 12" 80s 1982 Part 1 have both been pushed back a week to 19th & 26th January which explains why Now Yearbook 1990 hasn’t been announced yet

Now 116 has gained another (11th) top ten hit as DNA climbs to No.9 this week.

Now 51's Murder On The Dancefloor returns to the top 10, could it be back on Now 117? *.*

Probably will but I hope not for that reason but saying that, I’d rather it was reused than them leaving a massive gap on the CDs. I still can’t believe it’s on Now Millennium 2002-2003 seeing as it was released in and peaked in 2001. I’m still waiting for them to announce Now Yearbook 1990 as it still ain’t been announced yet

I suppose it was just so they could include Take Me Home on the 2001 discs.

Groovejet should have been on 2000 but it's been a little while since I've seen that on a compilation, perhaps some sort of licensing issue has emerged there.

Technically Murder On The Dancefloor also peaked in 2002 as it climbed back to no.2 in the first week of the year.
If it keeps growing as it has been, it could return to No.2 yet again potentially? I don't see it overhauling Noah Kahan, but stranger things have happened (to Kate Bush :basil:)
Technically Murder On The Dancefloor also peaked in 2002 as it climbed back to no.2 in the first week of the year.

Even if it reached #2 in 2002 as well, it still first peaked in 2001. Gotta Get Thru This hit #1 in 2001 and 2002 but it’s classed as a 2001 #1. Same goes with Bad Romance as it hit #1 in 2009 and 2010, Uptown Funk in 2014 and 2015 and people consider Happy as a 2014 #1 as it dominated 2014 even though it hit #1 at the end of 2013
