I don’t think anyone’s posted this, and I don’t usually share the US volumes in this thread, but for comparison, here’s Now 84 released at the end of October;

Ohh Well spotted.

Not too bad. Just waiting now for the first person to ask why Taylor Swift isn't on there :lol:

Wonder if Ed's new single is only on there because it's underperforming? :lol: Surprised to see Queen sneak through at the end of Disc 2, but great to see Robbie continue his tally of appearing on official Now compilations.

The last numbered NOW where Queen didn’t appear on track 1 was NOW 19 in 1991. Why would anyone need to ask why Taylor isn’t on there because she won’t let her music appear on compilations. No Oliver Tree on there. They could easily put him on there in place of Tom Odell. Jenny Fisher seems to be forgetting that she’s the one who previously included him on NOW 85. I’m just glad they went straight to "Celestial" instead of including "2step". Seems like they’re done with Harry and as for Oliver Tree, hope he gets included on NOW 114 next year. No need for "Peru" as it’s too old now and should’ve been on NOW 111. It seems like there’s plenty of space on disc 1 to squeeze more songs on there. Central Cee would’ve definitely managed to squeeze into disc 1. Hate when they leave a massive gap instead of filling it up

I guess these songs didn’t make it then, and in most cases I’m not surprised. But as for Harry Styles… :nocheer:

We really didn’t need so much of Ed Sheeran on this volume, and certainly not another version of Cian Ducrot’s single with Ella Henderson (though that always felt inevitable as a disc filler). Double KSI is very unnecessary. Tom Odell’s appearance again is another bit of wasted use of disc space when the song appeared just a few years ago.

On the plus side, it’s the first time I guessed correctly the closing tracks for Disc 2. :D

It’s odd they missed out Alesso’s Zara Larsson collab which made the top 40 but they included his Katy Perry collab on NOW 111 which missed the top 40

2step won’t be on NOW 114 if they skipped it on NOW 113 and went straight to Celestial

Seems to have more top ten hits than the last few which is good. But shame Kate Bush and Harry aren’t licensing their tracks.

Queen on there and not Disc 1, track 1! *.* The second time this year after the Pride album!

I’d have put Miss You on as well, even if it was the southstar version.

I don’t mind Another Love again, it was nearly a decade ago now, to me it’s a bit like Mysterious Girl being on Now 34 and Now 57. It’s fair enough as it essentially has been a hit all over again, just not to the same scale.

Double Sam and Snap repping Eurovision!

A good idea for NOWs 40th anniversary next year would be to do a 100 track spin-off titled NOW That's What I Call 40 Years with disc 1 covering 1983-1989, disc 2 covering 1990-1999, disc 3 covering 2000-2009, disc 4 covering 2010-2019 and disc 5 covering 2020-2023 or disc 1 covering 1983-1990, disc 2 covering 1991-1999, disc 3 covering 2000-2007, disc 4 covering 2008-2015 and disc 5 covering 2016-2023

Shame there’s no Kate Bush or Arctic Monkeys.

But it looks alright as long as these things go now, I don’t know a lot of the chart music but it’s a nice surprise to see tracks from The Killers and Pink.

They still haven’t revealed the tracklist on their social media pages. I wonder if it’s anything to do with HMV leaking the tracklist early? I hope the reason it’s been taken down is to alter the tracklist and by that, add extra songs and replace Tom Odell

I think it’s unlikely the track list or anything will change. It’s most likely that HMV accidentally put it up early in error and were asked to take it off until the official announcement.
