Random observation - the single mix of You'll Be Sorry on streaming is the full version. Prior to today that version had a few seconds missing from its intro. I'm glad that they've finally rectified that one!

 

Pleased to see that! It's correct on the download version for me too as I ordered the CD from Amazon so got the Autorip :cheer: Which means I get the version at no extra cost with Love U More and No More Tears On The Dancefloor :D

Well they've already got a second sale out of me because the store digital download comes with After The Love Has Gone 25 mix as a bonus. Let's see how many times I end up buying this album this week...

This mix of Tragedy is one of the best things I've ever heard, and it's far from my favourite songs of theirs.

 

The inspiration of sticking the wedding march and bells at the start and giving it a huge build up. It was such a moment on that 2017 tour, which is one of the best things I've ever seen live.

Would love to hear the After The Love Has Gone 25 remix, maybe as an exclusive they’ll release a few more tacked on to the digital version.

Not sure I can justify buying it just yet, but if they release a version with a few more songs mid week I’ll probably cave and buy it.

The Amazon chart is disappointing for Steps but I am hopeful the bulk of their sales will come from their own store.

I’ve bought the album this morning. The download is the version with a few seconds cut sadly

:( The 'cut intro' version of You'll Be Sorry is also on the CD. I'm going to assume that their team finding the proper full length version must have been recent, at least some time after they finalised the iTunes and CD versions. However the full version is on Spotify, Amazon Music (streaming/download) and also the official store's digital album!

One of the most epic performances I've seen too! :wub: It's such a great version, they really gave it everything - a definite highlight of their career.

 

I'm liking the After the Love Has Gone mix - that's from the What the Future Holds 2021 tour!

 

 

Having these four Steve Anderson versions on Platinum Collection is a bit of a tease really, because there's certainly more - some have leaked, most haven't. The fans are really clamouring for the Love U More 2017 tour version in particular!

 

One for Sorrow & Tragedy versions actually leaked a few years ago, as did these:

 

- Scared of the Dark [2017 tour]

- When I Said Goodbye [2017 tour]

- Summer of Love [2018 summer tour]

Amazon has let me down with the preorder, which is far from being release day delivery... it's not arriving until Wednesday next week!

 

On the plus side, I've just downloaded the free AutoRip so I can now listen to it anyway, and it includes the 2 tracks that are missing from the Deluxe CD, presumably because they wouldn't fit?

I guess they were left off because of not fitting in, though I wish in particular that they'd included Love U More on the CD.
