Yes its possible. I remember one year, Robbie William's album sales increased by over 100k during the xmas shopping week.

They may do about 350k-400k... easily...

It should easily top a million by year end

 

It's sales have almost doubled this week compared to last.

 

On the Thursday update last week it had sold 102k midweeks

 

This week it has already sold 100k for Sunday and Monday
