Disco did, but a lot of discounts given. Tension only did 20k from the 6 days after release day/pre-orders in week 1.

i think because of the streaming of all those albums of Olivia, Taylor, Weeknd, Elton, Ed etc + all the huge falls this year from top of the charts to literally out of the top 40, 75, 100 in week 2 of many albums. :blink:

Let's say Tension does 1.5k in streams this week, it would only need to sell 3.5k in other forms to stay in top ten. I'm thinking 8-10k by Friday which would give it a top 5 placing, perhaps #3 or 4.

I am just being wary. Lots of those 20k of non-pre-orders where also pushed signed items and a special download.

 

Hoping Friday and Saturday where good sales days carried over from the first week hysteria. I am sure BMG have the next few weeks covered

 

 

Interesting that Tension nearly has as many Tiktok vids as Padam Padam now and will surpass soon. However the views for Tension Tiktok are 21m and Padam Padam 210m

The second week of DISCO we got the glow in the dark vinyl I believe? So hoping they give us an incentive this week to buy it super deluxe vinyl.

I think the Glow In The Dark landed in Week 4 (was meant to be Week 5 but got shipped early) and kept her in the Top 10 for a 4th week.

The fact that Padam Padam has re-entered, and Tension was 6 last week, and (I assume) playlisted suggests that it will be higher still today, and therefore won’t be played when Kylie is on before 6. That’s my hope anyway
