Thursday/Friday in OZ, then Austria the following weekend & that's it for 2023 . It's been a good run :)

How many concerts did he do in 2023? 80 or something like that? he did the UK concerts 2022. Then it must be over 100 concerts. Amazing and it passed by that fast.

I wonder if he will o South America in 2024 and if there will be a new album in 2024 if he will tour again 2025. Maybe stadiums....that is where he is best (for me).

Oh yes I forgot -he never did announce S. America -I was convinced he was going to.

I'm guessing the new album will be around the time of the movie for maximum impact?

A little greyer, a little older and a little less arrogant, but he’s still our Robbie

MUSIC - Robbie Williams ★★★★ Nikola Estate Winery, Perth, November 30 & December 1

He was 16 years old when he joined Take That and brought screaming girls everywhere to their knees.

More than three decades later, Robbie Williams may now be playing smaller venues (in 2003 he played to 375,000 people at Knebworth in the UK) but his stage presence is just as big. The now 50-year-old brought his XXV Australian Tour to Nikola Estate Winery in Middle Swan and despite the calamitous traffic in and out of the venue, Robbie more than made up for the wait.

The born entertainer took the audience on a pop music tour of the 90s, belting out his biggest hits such as Let Me Entertain You, Come Undone and Angels, but it was his renditions of some of Take That’s biggest songs and a cover of Oasis’ Don’t Look Back in Anger that really got the crowd going.

His visit to Perth comes weeks after a four-part documentary aired on Netflix, giving viewers a rare glimpse into his life in LA, his marriage and his four children. It was also used as an opportunity for Williams to look back at his controversial past and give candid insight into what it was like being one of the most famous people on the planet.

He was also searingly honest in speaking about his feelings for Take That and its frontman Gary Barlow after their falling out, his struggles with drugs and alcohol and his mental health battles. It was moving to watch him at times, and by the end left audience members feeling as though they knew him.

The flip side of this darkness, however, is Williams’ ability to tell a brilliant joke. The entire crowd was left virtually crying with laughter at his stories – about fans touching his private parts, about his scallywag boy-band days, and how – now much older – he was finding performing exhausting.

And while he has the gift of being able to sing into the hearts of everyone in the audience, he also managed to interact with some people intimately, at one point recording a video for a couple’s children, saying “hi from Uncle Robbie”. Another fan was also serenaded with a rendition of She’s The One while one poor bloke got dragged into being the butt of some of his jokes. Later in the show his voice was amplified by those of 14,000 delighted people covering John Farnham’s You’re the Voice.

One of the best multi-generational performers of our time, Williams proved he still has what it takes to work a crowd and as thousands of people (very) slowly made their way home, you can be guaranteed they had smiles on their faces.

I'LL TAKE THAT! Robbie Williams rakes in eye-watering £75m sum from tour with eight-figure pay cheque and HUGE charity donation revealed

The star splashed out on an early birthday present for himself this week

Mary Gallagher, Senior Digital Showbiz Reporter

Published: 10:50, 12 Feb 2025Updated: 13:47, 12 Feb 2025

ROBBIE Williams raked in an astonishing £75.2m from his monster world tour, new figures have revealed. The former Take That icon turned over a whopping £1.4 million a week as the cash poured into his coffers. And he paid himself £22m from his riches – with an incredible £250,000 going on charitable donations.

Robbie crisscrossed the world in his XXV Tour from October 2022 to December 2023, celebrating 25 years as a solo artist. And now he’s reaping the rewards.

Accounts just filed for his You Are Not Famous Ltd firm show that for the 12 months to the end of December 2023, he turned over £75.2m – compared with £30.7m in the previous year. And his profit was around £42m.

The annual accounts show he has cash reserves of £18m and cars worth £151,000. They also disclose that £3.4m of his income came from the UK, £55.3m from the rest of the Europe and £16.3m from other parts of the word. It's no wonder he's got the touring bug, and is set to hit the road again this year.

The Stoke-born star, 50, will play Edinburgh, Manchester, Bath, London and Dublin for the home leg of his Robbie Williams Live 2025 series of gigs. From May, he'll also head to Europe, visiting arenas in Ireland, Sweden, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Finland, Denmark and France.

The tour comes hot on the heels of his critically acclaimed Better Man biopic. The film, headed up by The Greatest Showman director Michael Gracey, has been nominated for an Oscar and a Bafta as well as a Golden Globe.

And this week Robbie has been celebrating by splashing the cash. He bought Eric Morecambe's glasses and pipe because he has always seen the iconic comedian as an "uncle of sorts". The singer said he cried "happy, childlike tears" after submitting the top bid last month with a final offer of £20,000. This far exceeded the £2,000 to £4,000 estimate.

In an Instagram post featuring photos of Williams using the glasses and pipe, he said he treated himself to the items ahead of his 51st birthday tomorrow, February 13. The Angels singer recalled appointing Mike, a member of his team who handles his digital presence, to be "chief bidder" as he was in Los Angeles about to board a plane as the auction got under way. "As it happens, I got to watch the lot being auctioned live. My iPhone and Mike's iPhone acting like walkie-talkies," he wrote. "'What should I do Ayd's?' I nervously kept asking my wife. 'Keep bidding' Ayda says with the steely determination of someone bursting through an electronics store door on Black Friday. "'Keep going Mike' I say. This vignette of conversation would repeat itself several times over the next 10 minutes."

Once he won the bidding war, Williams said he cried "happy, childlike tears". "You see, I guess we all need friends-we-never-meet from off the telly. Eric has always been mine. An uncle of sorts," he wrote.
