Posted October 3, 20213 yr Robbie Williams @robbiewilliams · 2h Hey, Germany. I’ll have some exciting news for you tomorrow. Stay tuned.. X
October 3, 20213 yr I am surprised, whatever it is I would not have expected something for this year: More tickets for Bonn? Some concerts in Berlin with his rave music? An award? Guest in the one off Wetten Dass show this year?
October 3, 20213 yr Author It will be THE concert highlight in 2022. On August 27th, Robbie Williams will rock for up to 150,000 fans in Munich. The next sensational coup from Austro organizer Klaus Leutgeb. https://www.oe24.at/leute/international/rob...nchen/493968032
October 4, 20213 yr Looks like it will be bigger shows but maybe less of them , it's all about the financials I guess. Lovely to see him back on the road again  Would be nice if he did the art expo in Munich at the same time as the gig , would make it an interesting weekend ...
October 4, 20213 yr There was a show with Helene Fischer announced some weeks ago at the same place and she sold 100,000 tickets. It is special German music and she is the hugest German speaking star. I see some discussions online if Rob will still sell 150,000 tickets. What do you think?

If he is only doing limited shows he should have no problem selling them & August is a good time :)
October 4, 20213 yr Author It depends what tactics his mgmt will use for that. Maybe some records will come and its bying will be a part of getting the tickets. Of course now it's not even 2017 year and he needs to remind about himself even to German people. I suppose he knows what he's going to do.
October 4, 20213 yr It seems a good opportunity for reminding people all across Europe in one go of how good he is. Will he sell the tickets? I think so over time. He's at his best in outdoor shows -I think it would be epic. Remembering how good he was at Hyde Park in 2019 - I think he will be amazing. :cheer: Good on him.
October 5, 20213 yr https://www.nme.com/news/music/robbie-willi...-munich-3062121 Lovely to see Rob back doing what he does best , looks like Germany will be the central location in Europe & I guess they are hoping fans will fly in from other countries to see him , it's quite a risk given the current circumstances but people could do with something to look forward to . I wonder if he will do Russia as well at some stage. I still think it's a numbers game in terms of cost, he is not going to do venues if he does not make money out of it , time & time again I read how expensive it is to tour & Rob is no foll when it comes to money . I hope the idea below goes ahead at some stage, it would be a real exciting event :) Form a band and what I’m gonna do is rent a space, put my art in there. During the day it’ll be a gallery,” he explained. “Then at night I shall be DJing and it will be a musical venue, something the old folks will call a rave.”
October 6, 20213 yr Preview of the stage for Munich That will take some energy covering all that area :o
October 7, 20213 yr Author I don't like German events because they are working only with actual paper tickets, not e-tickets. At least for foreign people. I wanted to buy the tickets today but when Eventim has informed me about 35 EURO just for a postage.... No, not for me. Waiting for other concerts next year. Good luck with buiyng to your all anyway!
October 7, 20213 yr No flights to Munich from my local airport, too expensive via Dublin taking accommodation etc under consideration , I would not consider going -_-
October 7, 20213 yr I think I might have considered going but we're on holiday that weekend. I feel more sad that if it's live on the cinema I won't be able to watch it. :(
October 7, 20213 yr How are the ticket sales going? Edit: To answer my own question Some areas are sold out which seems a strong start B-) Edited October 7, 20213 yr by Laura130262
October 8, 20213 yr I don't like German events because they are working only with actual paper tickets, not e-tickets. At least for foreign people. I wanted to buy the tickets today but when Eventim has informed me about 35 EURO just for a postage.... No, not for me. Waiting for other concerts next year. Good luck with buiyng to your all anyway! That's messy in this day & age waiting for paper tickets , maybe it's a German thing . I do think that Robbie needs to do something in between now & next summer , release some music , August is a long time away , a lot of artists are releasing singles & not necessarily albums . Robbie has next to none social media presence , does not work in this day & age
