Any realistic chance we sign anyone in Jan?

The market is very quiet as I suspect clubs study the P&L stuff which is happening at the moment. Seems most clubs will do all their business in the summer after the accounts have closed.

Unless of course you're Newcastle.

Marcus Raahford dropped by United after 2 nights on the rip in Belfast, which began by him visiting Larne wasn't on my 2024 bingo card.

Even a 4th division defender knows exactly what Antony is always doing trying to cut inside every time.
Crazy finish to the Wolves match. I thought we'd thrown it away when they scored in the 95th minute but Kobbie Mainoo saved us with the 97th minute winner!

Great goal from Mainoo, thought that was excellent. Hojlund finally looking a bit like a player too.

Last night was the first home league defeat for Wolves since 3-1 v Liverpool in September two late goals secured that win including an OG.

Since then in Molineux Wolves have beaten Everton, Tottenham, Man City,Chelsea and drew with Aston Villa, Newcastle.

Looks like Aston Villa are running out of steam now after their fast start to the season. We'll probably overtake them by the time the season's over. Just 6 points off 4th place as well and you can never rely on Tottenham.

Don't know about that, I thought Villa were unlucky today? Certainly blowing a bit hot and cold at the moment and Villa Park isn't looking the fortress it was in December. I think the winter break came at the right and wrong time for a few clubs.

Big win for United though, although still feel it gives them a lot to do, but a lot of clubs have to play each other agan around those areas so easily done. But does rely on them being really consistent, think the bigger problem for United will be more the goal difference.

Only 6 points off the top 4 but having only scored as many goals as Luton is quite impressive in some way.
Not sure I would call Villa average they are punching above their weight while United have been playing below where they should be!

So Ratcliffe’s big plan is he wants a free public stadium, forgetting there’s a massively tax funded stadium about 5 miles away.

Already making a load of bold statements, undermining the current manager and admitted they can’t spend as much as people want them to. This is going to be fun.

Hard to believe how bad that was. Outplayed most of the game by a poor Fulham side.
Fulham are a good side though! Plus yous nearly were jammy enough to get a point!
