Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter (/biːˈjɒnseɪ/ bee-YON-say; née Knowles; born September 4, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Beyoncé performed in various singing and dancing competitions as a child. She rose to fame in the late 1990s as the lead singer of Destiny's Child, one of the best-selling girl groups of all time. hate it when a song falls 20 places and still gets a play :/

Not heard the Ella version of 'All For You' yet but the original is a massive snoozefest so I don't have high hopes of her being able to make it much more interesting. Guess it probably deserves a top 40 peak though with such a long chart run already so can't begrudge it (although I will do if it now becomes a massive hit that doesn't bugger off from the top 40 for months which seems like it may still be possible xx). 'Sunroof' is pretty bland as well, inoffensive I guess but could have done without it ever making the top 40, again though can't begrudge it.

 

'For My Hand' is my least fave of the songs that have charted from the Burna Boy album (wish 'Cloak & Dagger' had taken off more, that one is great! 'Vanilla' is a bop too) but it's still nice so happy to see it climbing.

 

Aw at this being Scott's last chart show, truly the end of an era. I guess he's probably not likely to ever come back as a cover again either since he is leaving the entire station.

Born Tijs Michiel Verwest in the small Dutch city of Breda in 1969, Tiësto went on to become more than just a world-famous electronic musician—he largely created the model for a powerhouse DJ in the 21st century. He got his start in the mid-’80s, when the skeletal sounds of Belgian new beat ruled Holland’s clubs, but it was trance—sleeker and more emotive—that moved him. His first proper DJ mix , 1997’s Magik One (First Flight), showcases his signature style in dreamy synth melodies drawn out above tough but streamlined drum grooves. As trance’s foremost ambassador, he pioneered stadium raving with solo DJ concerts in sports arenas; in 2004, he played for millions at the Summer Olympics opening ceremony in Athens. And his Club Life weekly radio show and mix series, one of trance’s premier global platforms, became synonymous with the genre itself. But you don’t become the world’s No. 1 DJ by sitting still.
