A short video but with new editing of performance at AFL final and it's oustanding one.

Nice one Alex.

I was really disappointed that the AFL removed the 20 minute version they had posted ( due to copyright ) . I am just glad we all got to see before they took it down . It stands out as an amazing performance for me . I loved it.

Robbie Williams: 'I feel like a Scot when I'm in Scotland'Entertainer says 'there's something in the water in Scotland' ahead of his three shows at Glasgow's Hydro.

Some promo ahead of Glasgow gigs ;

I vividly remember being a screaming teenager and seeing Take That at the SECC in Glasgow, smitten by Robbie Williams’ cheeky charm and those dimples. Fast forward more years than I care to mention and I was sitting opposite the man himself, in a super posh London hotel room, discussing our mutual love of Married at First Sight and the entire Real Housewives franchise. Yes, everyone. He’s just as obsessed as the rest of us. Thirteen-year-old me was screaming inside and, I’m pleased to say, he did not disappoint.

Robbie may be in a different place now – he’s a proud dad of four, husband and a more calm, contemplative figure than the often manic Stoke-born superstar we saw in his earlier years. But the 48-year-old is just as charming, interesting and fun as ever and I soaked up every moment of listening to him discuss his incredible career. To say it is incredible is an understatement – he’s had 14 number one solo albums, not to mention the incredible list of hits with Take That, 18 BRIT Awards and countless sell-out tours.

And he’s heading back on tour, coming to Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on October 24, 25 and 27. It’s to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Robbie’s solo career and promises to be a treat for his many Scottish fans. He said: “Welsh, Scottish, Irish audiences – English are great too, but there’s something different in the water up there. There is a greater willingness to release themselves to no inhibitions. “When you get to Scotland you feel Scottish. When I get to Scotland I feel Scottish. “There is this sort of patriotism where you’re like ‘yeah, you should feel that way about you cause it’s ace here and you’re ace and I want to be a part of that.’”

Music to our ears.

Also music to my ears is the fact that when you get to a Robbie Williams show, you know exactly what you’re going to get: all the hits. He told me: “I think it’s vitally important as a punter – and I speak as a punter – what happens when I go to shows is when they play one I don’t know, I go ‘I’ll give you that. Don’t do it again. Don’t do two in a row’. “I’m not there to be entertained. They’re there to be entertained.” And as the man who sings iconic hit, Let Me Entertain You, Robbie feels that he’s in a better place than ever to do just that. “I believe that I’m getting quite good at my job,” he said. “I believe that many years were spent faking it to make it and I now believe I am a competent entertainer. I think I am getting better at this thing.”

As well as the tour, the new album and currently shooting scenes for his biopic, which he also stars in, Robbie spoke of a return to where it all began, discussing the possibility of a reunion with his Take That bandmates. “I wouldn’t rule that out. I’ve got loads of plans and health permitting I would love to be able to do something with the boys. That feels like a good thing to think and feel. When that will be, I don’t know. But I know I have an open invite and I am very grateful for that.” As are many of us, Robbie.

Watch the full interview with Robbie on this week’s What’s on Scotland, Friday at 7pm on STV.

Nice interview, he sure takes his performances seriously. He was pleased with AFL gig & really enjoyed it. What amount of travelling he had to do though . I wonder if he uses his air miles for his flights -_-

Has this actually happened. Does Robbie make an appearance or is it advice from afar

So, it's not a part of XXV Tour but a good addition to his concerts schedule!

Mostly I like the fact he is going to be around FIFA World Cup again after Russian tournament in 2018!

December 8th is a stage between Q8 and Q4 matches, so it's a big chance for Robbie to be there around England or Argentina matches: I'm not sure which national team he will support this time =)))

International pop superstar meets classical music master in the world's most spectacular concert hall: Telekom brings Robbie Williams to Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie on Tuesday, November 15, for an exclusive and unique show. At the Telekom Street Gig, the world star will present songs from his greatest-hits deluxe album "XXV" together with the orchestra of the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt, conducted by Grammy Award winning conductor Steve Sidwell. Over 80 musicians accompany the exceptional British artist. The result of the century collaboration between Robbie Williams and the Beethoven AI, "Angels (Beethoven AI)," will also celebrate its live premiere. The performance will be shown from 8:00 p.m. on MagentaTV, in the free Livestream and the social media channels of MagentaMusik.

"I can't think of a better place than the Elbphilharmonie to play Angels in the AI version live for the first time, as well as songs from my new album XXV," says Robbie Williams. Christian Loefert, Head of Communications and Sales Marketing at Telekom Deutschland, is looking forward to a very special evening. "The package of new songs by one of the greatest entertainers of our time and the AI version of Angels combined with one of Germany's best classical orchestras is unique. I am proud that we can offer this unique experience to the listeners in the Elbphilharmonie and millions at the screens."

From boy band to international superstar

Robbie Williams is one of the greatest artists of our time. This year, the exceptional British singer is not only celebrating his 25th anniversary as a solo artist. With his new album "XXV," he made it to No. 1 in the album charts in his home country for the 14th time. An achievement that so far only the Beatles have accomplished with 15 No. 1 albums. It's no surprise that Robbie Williams is at home on the biggest stages in the world. Not only that makes the performance in the Elbphilharmonie something very special. He will perform "XXV" live in Hamburg exactly as it was recorded. Together with a classical orchestra. The album shines with new songs and classic reinterpretations of his greatest hits. Among them, of course, "Feel," "Let Me Entertain You," "Somethin' Stupid," "Come Undone" and "Angels," the song that catapulted him from Take That member to solo world star in 1997.

Artificial intelligence presents "Angels" in a new guise

So it's no wonder that "Angels" is one of the most important songs of Robbie Williams' career. 25 years later, Telekom has created a special work together with "Angels" co-writer and producer Guy Chambers as well as composer Jules Buckley and the Beethoven AI. The AI, which already completed Beethoven's 10th Symphony last year, now took on one of the most famous pop songs. Guy Chambers and Jules Buckley first rearranged the song's basic structure. In close collaboration with AI project manager Matthias Röder and composer Walter Werzowa, the artificial intelligence interwove the Mondscheinsonate (Moonlight Sonata) with the intro to "Angels. For the instrumental part, the AI was freer and drew from all of Beethoven's works. The result is a work of one piece. This can be experienced live for the first time on November 15 in Hamburg.

Tickets exclusive for Telekom customers in Germany

Tickets for Robbie Williams' concert at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg cannot be purchased. Telekom is offering the tickets exclusively and free of charge via the MeinMagenta App starting October 26, 3 p.m. This offer is only available to residential customers in Germany. A fixed-network and/or mobile phone contract with Telekom Deutschland GmbH is required.

Robbie Williams performs at the Elbphilharmonie

Am I correct in saying it may be on live radio on the night of the event

For 25 years now, Robbie Williams has been on the big stages. To celebrate the anniversary, the singer will now also perform at the Elbphilharmonie. And artificial intelligence should also be included.

Robbie Williams plays to celebrate on November 15 of his 25-year solo career a concert in the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie. Together with the Orchestra of the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt and an artificial intelligence, the British Popstar present his greatest hits from the new album "XXV", announced Deutsche Telekom as the organizer.

"Angels" in the Beethoven version

More than 80 musicians will perform Williams' songs under the direction of the Grammy Award-winning conductor Steve Sidwell accompany. Live premiere has the artificial Intelligence "Beethoven AI", which is a reinterpretation of "Angels" has created. In the intro and instrumental passages of the hit from 1997 compositions in the style of Beethoven were added - among others modelled on the "Moonlight Sonata".

First place for "XXV"

"I can't think of a better place than the Elbphilharmonie, about Angels in the AI version for the first time as well as the songs from my new album 'XXV' live," said Robbie Williams. "XXV" made it to number one in September as his 14th album British charts.

Not sure about Dubai, Liz, because Kylie will do that work this time.

OK, maybe any other concerts in this area are possible, agree.
