You know what huns. I am pleased with where it is. I wont spoil it but I am pleased. I am actually thinking this week we may get similar sales due to the extra digital sales, the last few CDs being shipped, the extra streams for the new padams and also the kylie competition and hopefully higher streams.

 

I think all the above might counter most of the impact of losing last weeks CD sales.

 

What does everyone else think?

 

I am hoping Laureen starts to fall a bit now and I hope Kylie can sneak into that top 10.

I think they missed an opportunity here, she would have been top 10 easily with a thursday download release...

Those complaining the extended Mix doesn't add anything....

 

It does. It allows extra downloads and streaming. It's just a nice little addition to boost these numbers, it is not intended to be mind blowing, just like a radio edit, Vocal edit etc would be. All part of the marketing strategy.

I actually like the extended mix. I didnt really listen to my downloads of ir from the kylie site. 😂

 

I wasnt expecting much from it because I know a lot of people are not fans of it.

Well I have to say…while padam padam is far from being one of my favourite Kylie lead singles, it’s miles better than the trash Madonna has just released with Sam Smith. Vulgar is exactly just that and trash too. At least Padam has a good video and none of the explicit lyrics.
