Imagine if this could avoid ACR until Tension’s release week :wub: I know enough people have said it but I really can’t believe they’ve decided against a vinyl, that extra 4-5k (possibly more tbh) could’ve gotten it a top 5 peak :cry:

I dont think they have decided against it hun

 

I think they initially put the order in to release the vinyl album week like they did with SS and Magic, they didnt realise how big Padam Padam was actually going to be hun and I think it is hard to move vinyls forward etc? Not sure hun.

Great to see her still at 10 today, top 12 looks good for Friday.

I love the reacting from BMG.they have these things up there sleeve to use whenever they need.

 

I am guessing they saw an opportunity for another week top 10 and also to increase streaming slightly and didn't want to wait until the HAAi remix on Thursday and wanted to keep it close

 

The Absolute audio has done 32k worldwide on YouTube in 10 days. This video has done 5k already in 1 hour

I am happy they are reacting, for me now it's about avoiding acr for as long as possible as I think it has reached its chart peak so its all about extending its chart appearances and sales for as long as possible.

It hasn’t been confirmed but you’d think they’d have announced it a while ago possibly to coincide with Tension’s release. Anyway by the time one can be manufactured and released it’ll most likely be on ACR anyway so it’ll have minimal chart impact. That’s the only fault I have with them though, and regardless it’s a top 10 hit! Still Kylie fans are collectors and it just seems very odd to issue something like Real Groove on vinyl but not her biggest hit in 20 years!

They are putting in the work to help padam padam and for BMG this is all a learning curve as they are not a label who have hit singles, they are an albums label.

I wish they would just go for a big balls out mess and release the Instrumental, acoustic, sped-up and remix feat Pigeon.

That is very interesting as the person that made the song said when they wrote it they had Kylie in mind. Unless they had a couple of people in mind hun and Britney and Kylie were both in their minds hun?
