Its stability has been wonderful! I’d rather her keep the UK promo for the album (and tour…)

Ideally we could have had promo for both but thats me been greedy, I know promotional slots this time of year aren't the best but sometimes I think padam padam might be a one off that she needed to take more advantage of but to be fair it has done so well and the media coverage has been brilliant.

I wish that new mix was coming sooner!!

I think they've got their game plan spot on for the timing of the remix on Friday, hype it up enough and guarantee 3 more weeks avoiding ACR (hopefully!)

I mean it’s not entirely impossible… also the new singles will also give some boost to PP.

 

But an automatic reset might also be on the cards, if the album boost is significant enough.

Those remixes are collecting downloads/streams on a very low level but they all add up to help her have 10th spot on New Look Sunday this week. Amazing. She is getting 100,000 less streams on Spotify than some songs but still doing well.

 

With the HAAi remix being able to be released on Kylie.com on Weds/Thursday to pick up download sales then i thiink she may be able to stay top 14 this week

Padam Padam remains Top 10 in today's first look chart.

 

Woohoo! 10 on the First Look Chart. That’s amazing! And that’s less frontloaded than recent weeks - though still slightly frontloaded, as it is doing well on both iTunes and Amazon, and poorly on Spotify.

 

Looking at the songs above her, because Billie Eilish is already in decline on Spotify and iTunes, she might fall below Kylie, but she could also strengthen as the week goes on as the Barbie release nears. I assume Jung Kook will remain high enough to stay above Kylie.

 

Dua Lipa, may strengthen as the week goes along and overtake Kylie, similarly to Billie Eilish.

Gunna is much higher than this time last week, so will undoubtedly overtake Kylie.

I think Jorja Smith will struggle to gain enough ground on Kylie to overtake her.

D Block Europe and Weeknd are lower than this time last week so I feel Kylie can hold them off.

J Hus new songs aren’t making enough impact to challenge Kylie.

DOD has great momentum, but I don’t think it will overtake Kylie yet.

 

So I’m currently going for 12 below Dua Lipa and Gunna. 7 consecutive weeks in the top 12 would be amazing!

 

BUT! Who knows what can happen if a remix is released for download before the end of the week?

If a song rises 25% week-on-week, while on ACR and less than 3 years old, it will be granted an automatic reset to SCR in the chart 📊 of that week of a rise.

Great that Kylie is 10 first look and depending how the week plays out (Kylie fans downloading to keep top 10 or if the new mix drops on kylie.com weds or thurs) I think it could stay top 10. Although there are a lot of artists just behind her waiting to grab that top 10, and Kylie is usually between 12 and 14 on daily sales... so she will probably fall to 12 unless the download comes to Kylie.com! I have a feeling it will all be very close though my huns.

Really happy with 10 today as I honestly wasn't expecting it to be top 10.

Padam Padam showing both consistency and longevity.

Still number 4 on the Capital FM Big top 40.

Amazing it’s as high as #10! Even with data missing I was expecting it to be out of the Top 10 on First Look.

 

Drop that remix on Wednesday BMG (although happy to wait and get a hopefully bigger boost with downloads and streams next week).

Interesting that there are probably about 4 remixes that have not gone on Spotify yet but surely will eventually? like the Extended Jax & Absolute mixes, the Dub mixes etc. ALso that the EP was not released to Itunes but was to Amazon, Juno etc.

 

I am guessing it is all part of the sales strategy to maximise Streaming /Sales when needed
