Has anyone heard RADIO yet? MNEK sounds fab-u-lous but the production is so bland I could recreate it myself given some basic beats.

I think I like it? Maybe it'll take a few more listens. I can't help but compare it to Jax Jones - Where Did You Go?
It’s nothing special, but I’ll enjoy it as an album track.

This is okay. Beyond generic, but that's hardly surprising.

There's part of the verse when MNEK sings and it sounds like something in particular, but not sure what it is.

I think this is one of Sigala's worst to date. It tastes like a chunky log dipped in rotten cheese

a bad start of 2023 . I suspect that Sigala is not going to bring anything exciting in the short term.

Okay it does get better with more listens. Very surprised to see Radio 1 put it as Tune of the Weekend straight away!

It’s like they want the “Where Are You Now” by Lost Frequencies ft Calum Scott kinda vibe and want the “I keep hearing song on the radio, getting me emotional, telling me I can’t let you go” part to be a similar catchy hook. The only problem I have with this is there is no instrumental build. It’s very samey throughout.

Okay, I might be pushing it a bit here... but do the verses sound a little bit like sped-up verses of As Long As You Love Me by Backstreet Boys?

You can almost sing along "Evey little thing that you have said and done..."

Can't you?

Really enjoying ‘Rely On Me’ at the moment, even away from the sample I think it’s a good song; I like the verses and the “everybody hurts sometimes” post-chorus.

‘Radio’ is okay but veers too generic to properly get behind.
