October 27, 20222 yr I was wondering if the person who confirmed Nora Van Elken would have actually been aware it was a remix of a track from Super Mario 64 since it seemed most if not all people at the listenthrough weren't - I guess Rich makes sense with him having sent a Mario remix to BJSC before too haha. It was a little weird to hear in the contest but a pretty good remix of it, could have come across a lot more gimmicky than it did! I'd be happy with a Faux Tales or Leaving Laurel win too (actually voted for all of the current top 6).

Rather top heavy looking results so far, me still clinging onto the top 10 despite not getting points from the last few voters gah.

I observed that the eerie music video I submitted had 600k views in 10 years and it charted outside the top 40 so I didn't think it was that well known. It has since been brought to my attention that it's a cult classic in the Chill Out universe so... my bad, especially as others considered it :( but, in my defence, I was 5-years-old when it came out and was listening to music like Busted and Junior Senior, certainly not anything outside of the top 40 yet :lol: and so far it isn't a winner! Instead I've just shot myself in the foot and booted 'Hayling' out of the podium. Now, my 10 pointer by Leaving Laurel re-enters the medal table and becomes the third entry to break 50 points. I secure Julien's lead a little more but also throw some points to Faux Tales just behind.
