July 30, 20231 yr They were at Splendour in Nottingham last weekend and went down really well from what I can gather from everyone I know who went - I think everyone was surprised by how good they were

September 7, 20231 yr Ugh, yeah, that's a gig I wish they'd skip, but on the other hand I get the perception that Dubai gigs pay incredibly well and gigs being their main source of income it's not something they can exactly turn down especially if it funds future releases.

September 7, 20231 yr Yes Dubai has their laws I don't agree with, but I am glad the SUGABABES are venturing outside the UK and getting the name out. Completely insensitive to call the country names when those laws may not be what the general people there agree with. I have spoken to a few Dubai Sugababe fans that were hurt by what fans were saying about their country on social media platforms. But are thrilled they may get the opportunity to see the girls. September 27, 20231 yr So the girls were at Madrid this weekend and it was incredible. I was very lucky that I had a backstage pass so I spent time with them before and after the show. I must say that Siohban and Mutya were WOW :wub: From the moment they arrived they came to us and we were speaking, joking and we ever looked for a belt for Mutya some minutes before their performance since she wanted one xD . I was surprise with Keisha because I’ve always had read that she talks a lot with the fans etc but she didn’t came out from dressing room till some minutes before the performance, even the manager took the vinyls for her to sign inside meanwhile the other stayed with us. However when she came out she spoke to us and all the people there had an individual picture with the band. I think she was ill or something besucase during the set she was praying on stage and also commented something after the show. In conclusion the set was incredible and the audience was on fire! I think they felt it and had some much fun cos in Spain only Overload and About You Now (but no that much) had been played in radios but you can see on this video how mad people were. September 28, 20231 yr The video is from Madrid but the audio is definitely from their Isle of Wight set. You can hear when Siobhan starts singing her part earlier by mistake and then the band doesn't play the right part in the chorus.
