Hope Sam smith bug off acr soon

This will only be their 8th week in the chart so it can't even possibly be on ACR for another 2

2 Sam Smith & Kim Petras - Unholy

1 Taylor Swift - Anti-Hero

Taylor Swift is putting up a heroic effort to secure a month-long stint at Number 1 in the UK with Anti-Hero. Already Tay’s longest-running Number 1 hit here, the Jack Antonoff-produced single could extend that lead even further, with four consecutive weeks at the top…just in time to celebrate the Official Singles Chart’s 70th anniversary!

Robin Tree & Robin Schulz’s rise with Miss You continues - the infectious smash could reach a further new peak of Number 3.

After breaking into the Top 10 for the first time last week, both Meghan Trainor’s Made You Look (4) and garage slammer messy in heaven by Venbee & goddard. (5) are on the rise to new peaks.

Rihanna’s Lift Me Up could return to the Top 10 (8) following the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in cinemas last week.

Rising Afrobeats star Rema is on track to claim his first-ever UK Top 10 single this week with Calm Down (10). The track has been bolstered by a remix featuring the vocals of Selena Gomez.

We might be looking at two new entries inside the Top 20 on Friday; Stormzy’s latest track Firebabe (18) and Out Of Nowhere by Bugzy Malone and Teedee.

I reckon Oliver Tree will team up with KSI for a song soon, they've been together a lot recently on social media :cheeseblock:
The presenters saying Oliver Schulz and now the article saying Robin Tree, what is going on
How does all for you appeal to a streaming audience in 2022?

Its Tiktok

Its not a ballad that is a hit due to playlists

Tiktok ballads do very well and for months ie Another love

Which is also doing well cos of tiktok

Not cos hes established

Nice poem :D

I disagree, it's obviously peaked (and can't possibly improve on that peak) so there's nothing more for it to gain by hanging around the top 10. Perfect use of ACR!

He also has a new single coming soon so perfect time for it to drop down and focus on the next song!

Lewis will more likely get a reset when the Xmas songs clear out and on 26th May due to the album effect
It would be a bit silly for a former #1 that peaked months before to get a reset in January just because but then the post-Christmas chart debacle has always been a mess since the new chart rules to deal with the streaming era came in.

Oh well, another TikTok song :P

I always hate read the OCC Facebook page’s comments about the chart each week, it’s always the same middle aged men complaining about new music  yet clearly they follow the page!

There’s one guy there that always brings up Marillion, no matter who is at #1, and refers to anyone interested in a big pop star as “non-music fans”. I wish I had enough time in my life as they clearly have!

surprised that Louis is ahead tonight but I guess he'll be a lot more front loaded than Bruce and end up losing the #1?

I expected WizKid to contend for top 5 too with him doing reasonably well on streaming.
