1 year early for the first year, 3 years late for the second. Got off to a good start on both rounds with the first 4 questions in round 1 and the first 5 in round 2 all correct, but then only got one more in round 1 and nothing in the second half of round 2 so still mediocre scores in the end.

 

...although having said that I see I actually have the highest score in this thread on round 2 which has to be literally the first time that's ever happened :lol:

I did surprisingly actually know Kill Bill, a very rare bit of film trivia that's stuck with me, maybe just because it was and still is fairly unusual for Japanese artists to chart.

 

 

I stupidly cost myself 6 points on round 1 as well -

for some reason I thought that 'You Can Call Me Al' was specifically NOT from 'Graceland' even though that was the only Paul Simon album title I could think of so I just wrote down '?' oops
