Well I’ll be surprised if there aren’t any complaints about the fire stunt. Then again it would give the program some needed hype and publicity.

What’s there to complain about?

Probably says it all that I sat through this on Saturday yet can't even recall what the fire stunt even was

I thought the entire thing was incredibly boring tbh and usually I don't mind the audition stage

Probably because that act was in the Sunday episode!

Is it just me or were other people uncomfortable about the dancer with Down's Syndrome? It just looked to me like a way for his teacher to get on the programme by exploiting his disability.

I think the general reception to has been quite positive. I suppose the lad did seem very happy to be there, and up for performing.

Malakai's act was fab - a worthy recipient of the Golden Buzzer! Also a shout out to Viggo Venn for the most bizarre act of the series so far - didn't get it at all to start with but the more he kept pulling those jumpers off the more I found myself laughing

Malakai is the boy who was nominated for our November Hero of the Month after he was heckled at Covent Garden by some idiot but carried on singing.

…so he was very likely sourced by the show then? I thought the first golden buzzer act had likely been convinced to appear by producers also

I imagine most of the acts on the show are nowadays tbh, I feel like The Big Sing definitely were.

Wasn't trying to sound all Mary Whitehouse about it, but I didn't see how someone setting themselves on fire can be classified as entertainment, it may have brought back very bad memories for anyone who has been affected by a fire or suffered from third-degree burns.

Well, the entertainment comes from the escape and danger of it, and I certainly was entertained by it. But I can absolutely see why it wasn't for everyone, especially on a family show.

What's the reception to Bruno on here then? I'm actually finding him to be quite a breath of fresh air! He's just got a great personality, especially after David, who just got annoying in his later years on the show.

Although it will be a shame to not really have someone who will stand up for the 'silly' acts like David did.
