Saw a post on Facebook today. Kylie was at the stratosphere in Vegas. I remember going up the tower when I went in 2016 and there is a rollercoaster at the top that hangs off the edge.

Ugh, this whole thing really is such gross and rampant capitalism at its worst.

 

This, it feels like a competition as to which fans will spend the most for the full experience, I know it’s very much the Vegas way and all artists that play there do it but it’s just a major money grab for those with the deepest pockets.

 

I’ve seen fans that have bought top tier Vegas tickets and are now scrabbling around trying to get further funds for the after party in order to get the full Kylie Vegas experience.

Yikes, not for me.....

 

The place is going to open

9.30-11pm Cabaret & drinks

11pm-Midnight Kylie Performs

Midnight-2am Aftershow party

 

Fans will feel short changed but they surely knew this wasn't a full show/tour show

Isn't the afterparty like she has mentioned in interviews how the venue becomes a nightclub after she has done her "star turn"?

I did all the ridea on top of it! The one that goes over the edge gave me a fear of heights I’ve never been able to get over since!

If HOTN wasn’t bubbling away then ‘Vegas High’ would’ve been a perfect promo/buzz track to kickstart the residency.

Her live agent, Emma Banks of CAA, hinted that further live activity was in the offing.

 

"Obviously the Vegas residency is on sale and going incredibly well which is such good news," said Banks. "We have lots of plans for more shows around the world which will announce soon. I am really excited to see the next iteration of Kylie live."

Am getting a little nervous for reactions to this. I hope it is more than 60 minutes that i suspect. Its getting good coverage on ITV news today though. Padam, Vegas High and Can't Get You My Head all played

i guess the More Than A Residency title is the give away to more of an experience of cabaret etc and then Kylie as special guest

The Vegas merch looks like sh*t.

 

Apparently the set is songs from over her career, but other than Confide In Me it seems to be the same old songs again. Wallen has given new choreo though!
