I actually need to play the little mix one as I keep forgetting but ya I think it's a good idea.

Thanks, you should check out Round 3. :)

I’ve allocated the singles into their groups, all 29. So I’ve had to bring in an extra 3 to make 32.

Sounds fun! It might be a good idea to launch it after the singles survivor is over? Which shouldn’t be too much longer.

One of the extra three songs could be Thank ABBA for the Music?

Good idea, I was going to wait for the singles survivor to finish, so I’ll do that.

I though about including that then thought it made more sense to include the three album track winners from the first three albums as I felt they kind of ‘qualified’.

You should check out the Little Mix one, it's in Round 3. :)

I'm not really a big enough fan tbh. I do like (love) some of their songs and I think they are amazing, I've actually seen them in concert too, but I'm only really a big fan of a few songs from each era.

I have just joined in round 3 a couple of mins ago.

Yeah sure, sounds good. I'll go and vote in the Little Mix one :kink:

I’m keen for a little feedback on what to include.

Should it be the 29 singles + the album track winners from the polls on the first three albums

Or

27 singles (Light Up The World and another would make way then the 5 album track winners would each get a ‘wild card slot’. (I presume a What The Future Holds album track poll will be done after the Tears one.

Both would work but i think the 29 singles + the album track winners from the polls on the first three albums may be the best option.

I think do album polls for best album track on remaining albums then do it with singles and fave track from albums.

This process would work by keeping the album tracks and singles separate.

Thanks for the input and feedback so far,

I'll definitely wait until the Singles Survivor is finished.

At this stage I'm leaning towards including on the poll winners for Step One, Steptacular and Buzz, but if the What The Future Holds one starts soon then I may include the other two and sub out Light Up The World + another track. Or I'll run a Qualifiers Poll featuring the Polls winners plus some of the ranked Survivor Singles.

It's good I have choices.

Can’t quite believe this, but it’s 10 years ago this week since Steps’ first reunion was announced! 21st July 2011 is the date that their Sky Living documentary series & The Ultimate Collection was announced.

Which means slightly more time has passed since we first learned that Steps were getting back together, than the length of time between their split (December 2001) and reunion announcement (July 2011) - 9 years & 7 months.

I’m so glad they made that initial comeback then. The time did feel right for it, and now we can see that era as being the groundwork towards them eventually being able to come back “properly” in 2017.

Wow 10 years, time goes so quick.I loved the sky living documentary and it's a shame it wasnt shown on a bigger channel but it was well put together and every episode was so interesting to watch.

Wow 10 years? really?

It goes so fast. I agree that it set the great foundations for has has come from 2017 onwards.

10 years :o

Glad they really worked it out and we got some great new music! I really thought that would never happen.
