I feel like Best Friend is a bit of a filler, but a nice moment for Bradley.

I don't go back to a load of these album tracks over some of their biggest pop bops, but this is another really nice one, they nailed this vibe. S Club getting the word "ass" onto not just the album but also their CBBC TV show *_*
This is the heaviest they veered into 90s R&B pop territory. It feels more like an album track from Spice to me. It's a nice little track.
Raising a drink for Paul listening to Love Train

I like the R'n'B vibe of All in Love Is Fair! Get your ass on over here x

7 strikes me as being an album with some surprising sounds included on it... although there is certainly some cheesy pop tracks, tracks like this one feel like quite a pivot into more mature sounding tracks that you wouldn't necessarily expect from S Club 7. As a collection, I feel like there's a bit of a confused identity. Not that it did them any harm whatsoever, considering it's a #1 album and their best seller!

Love Train, another major bop and of course a Paul moment

Yeah this is very much in the Stop/Picture Of You Motown throwback mould, but an enjoyable song and a nice moment for Paul <3
