"DCL-3" is when the song has actually succumbed to ACR, highlighting that it had 3 weeks of decline.

 

"DCL-3" is what would be displayed in the midweek updates in the days running up to its first Friday position of being on ACR. For example, Calvin Harris - Miracle was "DCL-3" in the Tuesday 11th July midweeks, indicating that it would officially and inevitably be on ACR in the next Friday chart. It was midweek #20 with its streaming halved. Friday 15th July was its first official chart week with ACR applied.

 

Padam Padam is currently on "DCL-1" because it had declined for 1 week.

 

Friday 21st July chart - SCR (week 9) [DCL-1 in the midweeks 17th-20th July]

Friday 28th July chart - SCR (week 10) [DCL-2 in the midweeks, if it declined in the previous week, 24th-27th July]

Then there's a possibility of ACR after that, i.e. in the Friday 4th August chart its streams would be halved [DCL-3 in the midweeks, 31st July-3rd August]

 

Ideally Padam Padam's streams would increase this week (Fri 14th July to Thu 20th July), but it doesn't look like it's going that way. [Edit: Unless the "relative to the market" thing comes into play and Padam Padam actually increases in terms of that - but we'll see]

 

It really needs to increase (relative to the market) in the week covering Fri 21st July to Thursday 27th July. That is its last chance to avoid ACR (if this current week ends up being a decline). The new remix will be on streaming in that week.

Stick another Official YouTube video of the HAAi remix up

Release an EP on Apple Music to gain extra streaming there.

Release a 2nd single this Friday with Padam attached on to it. :)

Chuck a load of those Extended Mixes/Dub Mixes on to Spotify to pick up some streams.

Move PP into Todays Top Hits on Spotify would do it!

So although Kylie may have declined the week before last, because the market declined as much as she did or more, then it doesnt class as a DCL 1 for her? And thats maybe why last weeks was a DCL1. So if she increases next week more than the market for example if the market hun increases less than Kylie as a % or the market is a -% but Kylies an increase then she womt go to SCR next week.
