This def has the euphoric elements of all the lovers, not as good as all the lovers but still very very good.

I guess it doesn’t matter if this is released as a single and it ‘only’ connects with Kylie’s core fanbase - getting a post album hit is a challenge for most artists, and this will keep her fans invested in the era and could still reach beyond her core fans due to the success of PP and Tension.

I feel like if they do another double CD single release at week 1 for hold on to now huns, I think we could get a 3rd top 40 out of this era

Makes me sad that the disco and golden singles missed out on top 40 peaks. Would have been nice to push up her top 40 hits

This with some streams would have to bring Kylie very close to the top 40 region of the chart if not get it safely in.

I'd like all her singles to get that treatment as I like to have them in my collection plus it helps kylie chart higher. Feels like bmg are realky listening to what the fans want and have said for a while.

An extended mix and club mix of hold onto now would be amazing.

I hope it is the focus track of the album for New Music Friyay.

For an artist like Kylie then impact week - video, physicals, stand-alone download etc.,

 

Also my friend who is not a fan just watched Kylie’s Leicester show and sent me a message saying ‘Hold Onto Now - ICONIC!!’

Hopefully the next single announcement is not confirmed until the last minute in the same way Tension was and then follow the same format of its release and hopefully it could get Kylie a 3rd top 40 from this era.

I strongly feel at the worst outcome the next single will place higher than all singles from Golden and Disco.

I am excited to hear the full studio version in top quality of hold onto now, i think its gonna be great and i already feel its a song that will rate highly for me in years to come.

If it pans out the same way as the Fever singles it will mean the next single will do better than Tension! I do get the sense hold onto now is the next single but they might be waiting to see the reaction to the songs on the album and decide from there.

I've to assume it must have a video if it was originally planned as the 2nd single before being switched to 'Tension', and the fact she chose to perform it feels like they're priming it to be next.
