For those who aren't aware, this is a collection of the stuff she was working on in 1995 for the intended 3rd album that never came to fruition due to being dropped by her label. It eventually saw a release in 2009.

I'd dipped into this a few years ago but for some reason never gave it my full attention, shame it never saw the light of day as it's SUCH a better album than her first two it's unreal. It's very specific to that period of mind-90s dance, which is good with me as I have a soft spot for that sound. The last 3 tracks (Exclusively to Don't Wanna Leave You Now) really veer into bland territory though.

Love that we got this released eventually - I wish it had a ‘proper’ title rather than just the 95’ sessions as I think it makes people skim over it thinking it’s a throwaway demo album rather than containing some gems!
Crazy For You Love and Free Your Love are my faves .
It's a shame this never got off the ground really - it's an interesting period. I think she even performed Free Your Love and Everlasting Night on television, but aside from audio recordings, it's never surfaced.
I bought this album when it was released. Some of the tracks aren’t bad but they sound incredibly dated now. Girl and Neon lights were certainly her best era’s.

Skin Deep randomly came up on shuffle and what a nice little mid-90s dance tune it is!

Maybe we should have a listening party to this one.

This! Guessing it’s an album that many don’t know well or haven’t heard for ages.

Always found it odd that out of Dannii’s back catalogue this is the one that is seemingly still in print and easy to get hold of on HMV, Amazon, Chalkys etc., - there must be a market for it and trickle sales for them all to keep stocking it?
Any idea of what it has sold so far in the UK?

Based on the sales of her other reissues, I'd say around 2-3k.

Yeah, I can’t see it being much which is why I’m surprised that so many places stock it

Out of everything that’s available it should be her GH rather than this!

Yes her greatest hits should be widely available as to be fair it's a decent collection and she had had more than enough hits to warrant it been available. Its a shame the hits and beyond hasn't done far better than it has, I wonder will it eventually make gold.
It is odd the Hits and Beyond has not been pushed enough or even on streams. Would be nice if it did go GOLD
It's disappointing realky that Danniis combined sales across all her albums just about total over 300,000 so my hopes of the hits and beyond eventually going gold is well off.

It's odd to wish an album that hasn't gone Silver yet to go Gold.

Also, I'd assume any streams from her hits might go towards This Is It: The Very Best of since it's more recent and complete.

I remember the fake lying webmaster of Dannii’s forum , Nathan, argued with everyone that Hits and Beyond was Gold in UK + Neon Nights went Gold in Aus.
If The Hits & Beyond had still been in print during the X-Factor years I could've seen it eventually going Silver (it's at 45k), but now? I doubt it. As I said, I think any miniscule streaming "sales" would go towards This Is It: The Very Best of.
