August 4, 20232 yr A shame Disclosure and Patrick Topping stalled on the C-list, but pleased to see Issey Cross added. I thought new Jorja Smith would’ve been insta added too.

August 4, 20232 yr Character development for them to now playlist 'Talibans' after completely ignoring it for a month and a half on the chart show (thanks Burna Boy again making it palatable to Radio 1, and I do think his addition improves the song). Not heard 'Enough Is Enough' yet but 'Overdrive' is very mid so glad that's not being pushed. Don't really care for the Charli and Sonny Fodera songs so looks like a meh week of additions overall. Yay for 'K-POP' moving up though ~ Have The 1975 ever stalled on the B-List before?

August 4, 20232 yr Nice to see K-POP being playlisted to the B-list but 'MELTDOWN' would be a better option imo (it is now officially a single from the record). Good to see Disconnect in the A-list as well, definitely Becky's best in a while. Really annoying to see Disclosure fall off of the playlist this early, one of my favourite works from them in recent years. Good Love should really leave next week, its past it's peak. August 4, 20232 yr I think Disclosure have gone independent now so not really a surprise to see R1 moving to only giving them a token playlisting, going the way of Everything Everything.
