It was probably the single I liked most from her debut but I'm not a big fan of either or anything from this era.

Ah such a solid start to her UK chart success that ended after BL (8-11-8-14).

^ Baby Love peaking at 14 was not a disaster but it really should have been the highest peaking single. It was remixed with a very respected DJ and is the most liked single from the fan base off the first album (usually).

 

There was no CD available which would have lost sales. But this decision prob drove the Love & Kisses and album sales!

 

 

^ I think they mean "ending after BL" with the next single going to #40.

 

I used to really dislike this, but over the past couple of years I've developed a real newfound appreciation for it. Issa banger!

Loved her insta post about it and reliving the days of when it was released.

I had high hopes at the time Dannii might get her first #1 with that.

 

I kind of knew when I went into HMV to buy it on release week and they didn't have it on the new release wall, and then had to ask if they had it - only for there to be one copy in the A - Z section. :(

Not a song i was ever a massive fan off, far far from her worst but not close to her best either.

Because of the vocal effects in this song , and now that Kylie is releasing songs with DJ’s, i can imagine Kylie singing YWFAM

 

 

Some Dannii albums have been removed from Spotify in the UK and Europe - guessing it’s a licensing issue with her MCA releases :drama:

Usually Apple Music follows Spotify… unless there is a specific issue/deal agreement between Spotify and MCA :drama:

Hopefully it's a technical issue rather than licencing issues.

Ah I thought that would be the case - Spotify seem to remove immediately when there is an issue and Apple is usually 24-48 Hours behind.

Someone contacted Nathan from one of the Dannii fan groups - hopefully the albums will be back on streaming soon!
