Dannii needs to get her butt out there and do music again. Get some good quality producers and writers.

Cant see it happening as I dont think people will take the risk, although I'd like to see it happen i dont think it will. I'dike another who do you love now type moment. Or imagine if kylie and dannii could appear together on a dance track with someone like Joel corry or even david guetta.

Been listening to This Is Disco podcast. A great podcast dedicated to Dannii and Kylie.

 

Dannii appears on an episode and confirms she was never offered Lolas Theme or Believe.

 

She has asked Warner to get Girl released for 25th anniversary but she also outlined many problems this would need to overcome.

Dannii clearing up those believe and Lola's Theme Rumours.

She always shined when she was given songs from other people (All I wanna do, Who do you love now, I begin to wonder, and You wont forget about me).

I never felt either were brilliant dancers but both could pull it off, with dancers the likes of Paula Abdul and Janet Jackson were the big players and were on a whole new level to other artists which we dont see much of any more.

That is true. Those ladies are excellent dancers.

 

But obviously I'd take almost any Kylie single over theirs any day of the week. And a few from Neon Nights (just to keep on topic B-) )

Both Paula and Janet did have some great singles throughout their career but Kylie is way above them and there are a good few Dannii songs i would prefer aswell. I think Dannii suffers from the fact none of her singles were huge huge to be remembered outside her fanbase but i think for those not familar with Dannii they need to listen to a few of her bigger hits back to back as then they would be like oh i didnt know Dannii had so many singles that done well.

I've wondered how 'Disremembrance' would have faired as second single too. It feels more in line with 'All I Wanna Do' than 'Everything I Wanted' does and the single did well to get to #21 given the era was long since dead. It did terrible on radio (#91 compared to #17 for 'Everything I Wanted') but, again, maybe it would have done better if released off the back of 'All I Wanna Do'.
