I do predict top 20 assuming there's a few hundreds to be added. For this song, I'm ok even it doesn't have the chart longevity as PP as long as it gets a good peak position (which, it looks like it will - top 20). As far as singles go, they're only meant to be ambassadors for the album so I doubt the chart books care about the run or longevity.

They are getting the expensive physicals out the way so they can sell us the signed albums in 2 weeks hahaha

Still so surprised they didn’t 59p it on iTunes. It would have probably still been top 4 over there if it was.

i think the 59p will be used next week to grab sales in the new chart week. Would be silly not too.

If #17 is today with the CD’s added, I’m going to predict #19 tomorrow as final chart position.

 

Cassettes will have to sell like hotcakes to make a big difference next week. How many did Padam sell again - 1.2K or there abouts?

Girls Aloud would've gone out with a number one had they released On The Metro.

 

 

Honestly what were they thinking when they had that song ready to go! I can see why Something new was first single but to leave On the metro in the dirt was a huge fail.

i guess also while Tension is trying to establish itself on playlists then if they release edits/remixes then it takes away some potential streams from the original which is trying to chart in streaming. Of course they will all add up to help but might not get noticed as much
