Judging by the padam cd which was one and did about 2500 ish copies in week 1 of the physical release. Could this be 5k sales in total? Or maybe they have a higher print run now because they know how well they sell hun?

i am guessing extended mix comes out on her website on Thursday too. They are going for a big first week entry into the chart.

I think they are throwing a lot at it week one to get a high first week place so they can focus on the album.

Each CD variant will have its own different barcodes / catalogue number and will be treated as two different formats. Think the alternative artwork is just to motivate fans to buy both.

 

Chart Rule 5.5: All physical formats should carry a unique catalogue number, and a unique barcode should relate to the catalogue number. This is applicable even when identical recordings are issued in different packaging, including colour variations of CD's and vinyl

By the way, Tension is already on 1.5k vids on TikTok, doing roughly 400 vids per day.

 

I don’t think it will fall out of Spotify in tomorrow’s update.

 

I really don’t expect the success of Padam x2, but should do marginally better than anything else released with BMG. Looks like at least 2 weeks top-40 (another on album release) and possibly even more!
