September 21, 20232 yr I suppose it depends on how connected you feel to the process that facilitates the change at the top. If it feels forced or artificial, then it may as well be fan fiction and it's hard to be invested in it. I actually quite like following the slower moving parts of streaming data because you do see trends evolve in it over time. I think there's a survivorship bias that makes it look more static than it actually is.
