Ireland have been so cruel to Kylie over the years, I'm still not over recently discovering Light Years was not even a top 10 there!

So she sold 120k worldwide in week one?

UK,USA,Australia alone sold 87k of those so just 33k rest of world..........

Yes and no, light years was a disappointing peak and then there times when singles peak higher here than in all countries with padam padam and into the blue been her most recent 2.

As I have said before a small bit of promotion here would help, her last tv appearance here on an Irish tv show was back in the 90s but we are lucky that she tours here.

Its obviously going to drop out of most countries. Just look at how low it is being streamed on Spotify. Some songs are bairly getting 25k worldwide and that will be from UK, USA & Australia.

Once physical stop, so does Kylies chart positions outside her main markets

The drops are expected I guess - PP was a buzz single/viral song rather than an actual ‘hit’ in most territories.

Actually pleased she’s held up as well as she has in Germany, was expecting it to be 30 places lower!

True, still I hoped for a second week in the Netherlands.

2-17 Belgium Flanders

5-41 Germany

Ireland easily suffering the biggest week 2 drop  :o :(

And even worse, almost half was the UK sales. They need to build her international legacy and not just focus in the UK (Vegas is a lucrative move but time consuming)

Vegas was her choice, she said she wanted to do it and has chosen this year to do this. Her main market is the UK and has been throughout her career. Many artists would just survive off being famous in the UK, but she is liked in many more countries

Think it’s past that at this point - the UK is ‘her’ market and I’m sure at least 50% of the audiences at Vegas will be Brits.

I was expecting ‘out’ in most places in week 2 as that’s what seemed to happen with Golden and Disco - good that it’s holding up even if it has had a big tumble
