September 29, 20231 yr Author :cheeseblock: I love that she’s racking up the #1s since signing with BMG. In a way it seems curious that she “only” got 2 #1s from the Parlophone years (well, maybe you could count it as 3 because of Step Back in Time being a joint venture with BMG). Also there were some 8 or 9 year gaps between #1s, so it was certainly not a regular occurrence - we’ve been spoiled in recent years! 1. 1988 - Kylie (PWL) [1st Studio Album] 2. 1989 - Enjoy Yourself (PWL) [2nd Studio Album] 3. 1992 - Greatest Hits (PWL) 4. 2001 - Fever (Parlophone) [8th Studio Album] 5. 2010 - Aphrodite (Parlophone) [11th Studio Album] 6. 2018 - Golden (BMG) [14th Studio Album] 7. 2019 - Step Back in Time: The Definitive Collection (BMG/Parlophone) 8. 2020 - Disco (BMG) [15th Studio Album] 9. 2023 - Tension (BMG) [16th Studio Album] It’s the first time that Kylie has had 3 studio albums reach #1 consecutively!

September 30, 20231 yr But it was number 1 on Apple Music in Norway all week and also on Norwegian Itunes. Surely that got enough sales for a top 40 album lol? i believe this is the Norwegian Chart https://www.vglista.no/topplister/topp-40-album-2023-39/ and it doesnt come out until tomorrow But maybe i am wrong Edited September 30, 20231 yr by SmileyKylie
September 30, 20231 yr ^^ The Norwegian market is dominated by Spotify and YouTube. I wouldn’t expect too much from them anyway tbh, she’s only had 5 albums chart in Norway and her last one was Aphrodite - none of her BMG releases have troubled the charts. Kylie #10 Fever #4 Body Language #21 Ultimate Kylie #18 Aphrodite #16
