I knew '1989' was her most popular album but this definitely does seem to have the most interest from casuals with the re-recordings. I feel like this is the one they'd all go for if they were going to get any of them.

 

EDIT: Also, 'Say Don't Go' is creeping up fairly quickly. Hoping that can overtake "Slut!".

All of them will be brand new entries as Taylor's Versions are counted as new songs (and they're on separate labels to the originals), so all are on SCR

That’s not how it works. None of these songs will be on ACR as they’re all new releases

Style getting to #1 officially is definitely not something I thought possible, but what a great choice over something like Shake It Off or Blank Space which were already huge first time around, even if neither made the top!

 

I know she won't care, but seeing SIO especially fall down the all time singles rankings due to streams being split between two versions is going to be sad :(

I guess $l*t may hold up better than Style throughout the week so maybe that’ll go number one?

My thinking was $l*t may drop faster during the week as everyone checks it out on day 1, whereas Style is an established hit already (original was #14 on Spotify yesterday and already hanging around the top 100 long before the current hype boost, those residual streams will likely be going to Taylor's version from now on) so could hold up better.

 

Could go either way I suppose!

Can we compare it to Midnights?

Difficult to compare as there was an issue on Apple Music with Midnights which didn’t combine streams from the standard and deluxe editions during the first day. So songs like Anti-Hero appeared twice.
