People post the positions they find of note. To get the #1, all it takes is one click of the first link in post 1 to find it out and you'll be able to post it yourself. Alternatively, just ask and someone else can post it

I know it's not the hardest to do that these days but that's great for Beverley, don't think she's ever had a track anywhere near that high before.

It's largely because people only share the noticeable position updates. No point in continuously reporting "01. they - are at number 1" each time when there's been no change. When someone notices the number 1 has been changed, it'll be posted, I'm sure...
